    Sometime, I think I take for granted all the wonderful things you bring to this life of mine. "Holding my hand" through this whole process had been the major reason I haven't lost my perspective. Let me take now to say I appreciate your influence. Thank you.

    You already have, Walt. And this is not one-sided, either. Your more-than-generous mentoring gave me the courage to continue writing poetry. God brings people into our lives to serve a purpose. I see purpose here, from both sides of the lake. Blessings to you, and, as our Sweet Hannah says, warm smiles.
